Er studierte in Halle und Wittenberg und wurde 1711 Adjunkt der Philosophischen Fakultät. Da ihn das theologische Studium nicht zusagte, wurde er bereits 1712 Lic. jur. und am 20.4.1713 Dr. iuris utriusque. Nach einem halben Jahr kam er als Hofgerichtsassessor nach Königsberg, erhielt dort 1715 eine Anstellung als außerordentlicher Professor der Rechte an der Universität, wo zu 1722 die Ernennung zum preußischen Hofgerichtsassessor erhielt. Er verfasste verschiedene juristische Abhandlungen. Er war Hauseigentümer in Königsberg in der Altstadt, Langgasse (s. a. Insterburger Bürgerbuch S. 156). Quelle: Email von H.-P. v.
