Er besuchte die Landesschule Pforta, 1828 Stud. in Halle, seit 1843 Pastor an St.Moritz in Naumburg, ( er soll auch Pastor an einer Vorstadtkirche in Hamburg gewesen sein, leider nicht belegbar.) Da er der Agende sich nicht fügen mochte, wurde er, nachdem er am 11. April 1847 zum letzten Male gepredigt 1849 mit jährlich 150 Thalern in den Ruhestand versetzt, worauf er in Naumburg, Leipzig und Dresden privatisierte. Er schrieb, seine Entlassung betreffend 1850: "Ein Glaubensgericht in der Mitte des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts". Er soll zuletzt Standesbeamter in Berlin gewesen sein und laut Berliner Adressbuch von 1881 bis 1896 in der Weinsbergweg 3a in Berlin Gewohnt haben. Keine Kinder. |
