Just Heinrich war geboren 1631 zu Hildesheim. Nach beendigten theologischen Studien wurde er in Helmstedt Magister, wahrscheinlich 1655 Feldprediger in der schwedischen Armee, 8.8.1653 Dompastor und Probst in Ostharrien, 1662 Assessor primarius des Königl. Konsiatoriums zu Dorpat, 1.7.1666 Superintendent zu Arensburg (Insel Oesel), 1668 Dr.theol. der Universität Upsala. Er starb nach seiner Ernennung zum Bischof von Strengnäs am 2.3.1686 and wurde in Arensburg bestattet. Verheiratet war er seit 28.1.1669 mit Christine Lithmann, geb. 30.4.1653 in Upsala, Toohter des Bischofs von Strengnäs Dr. Karl Lithman und Anna Clo, Tochter von Johann Clo (Adelsakten Lithman 1015).
